Warranty & Servicing Information

  • If you are within your warranty period, all parts are covered.

After receiving parts, the expectation is for customers to service the repairs themselves. Only the parts are covered by warranty. We will however provide you with extensive instructions to repair your machine.

If you wish to hire a technician to install the part (not available in all states), please email us directly at sales@gameball.com.au so we can organise a technician for you
