When something breaks, Game Ball routes the diagnosis to Dr. Dish's US engineering team and ships the replacement from Sydney stock. Deepest expertise on the fix, fastest possible delivery on the part.
1. Chat with Dr. Dish support
Open the chat widget on Dr. Dish's support site (it pops up in the bottom-right of the page). Tell it your machine and what's happening. The chatbot collects the details, opens a support ticket and routes it to the engineering team.
2. Engineers diagnose and recommend a fix
Dr. Dish's US engineers, the people who built the machine, work the ticket and identify the part or fix you need. Most issues land on one or two replacement parts, with self-install instructions.
3. Parts ship from Sydney
Game Ball holds Dr. Dish parts in Australia, so the moment a part is identified, we ship it from local inventory. No US freight, often same-day.
Warranty: parts covered, self-install is the default.
Replacement parts are covered during the warranty period and ship with clear install instructions, almost every part can be swapped without a technician. If a hands-on install is the better answer, technician visits are available in select states. Email sales@gameball.com.au and we'll work out the right route.
