No, the Dr. Dish covers do not protect machines from rain. Dr. Dish machines should never be left outdoors in wet conditions due to the potential of rain or moisture splashing up and affecting the machine's electrical components.

Please plan to store your machine where it can be protected from water, such as in a shed, garage, or under a deck where it will not get wet.

The iC3 will work with most indoor and outdoor portable or stationary hoop systems, but not all.

2. If you are within your warranty period we will diagnose your issue and send you the necessary parts and instructions for repair.

3. If you are outside your warranty period, we will call you with a diagnosis and invoice you for the cost of the parts.

4. The expectation is for repairs to be conducted yourself. If you wish for a support technician to assist, you can check this when completing the support request form.
