Game Ball
FAQs

The questions we get most often.

Are Dr. Dish machines covered under an Australian warranty?

+

Yes. Every machine sold by Game Ball is covered under the manufacturer warranty. Replacement parts ship from our Sydney inventory; technical diagnosis routes to Dr. Dish's US engineers, the people who built the machine, so you get factory-level expertise on the fix and AU-fast delivery on the part.

How long does delivery take?

+

Most accessories ship within a few business days. Shooting machines depend on stock, we'll always confirm a delivery window before you commit, and most orders are with you within 2–4 weeks.

Do you offer installation?

+

Yes, we offer install and orientation for shooting machines, including running your team through the first session and the app or TMS setup.

Can I trial a machine before buying?

+

Talk to us about a demo. We can host you at a partner facility, or in some cases bring a unit out for a trial session. Just call or email.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

+

Game Ball is Australia's official Dr. Dish distributor, for international orders we'll point you to the right regional distributor for your country.

What financing is available?

+

We work with finance partners that offer monthly payment plans for individuals, plus equipment finance and chattel mortgages for clubs, schools and businesses. See our financing page for more.

Do you do custom branding on basketballs or ball racks?

+

Yes. Custom branding is available on basketballs (logos, colours) and on ball racks. Minimum-order quantities are lower than you might expect, get in touch for a quote.

What's the difference between the All-Star and the CT?

+

The All-Star uses Dr. Dish's Training Management System (TMS) via a connected device. The CT is the next-generation flagship, it puts a 21.5" touchscreen directly on the machine and ships with 150+ on-demand workouts. See the compare page for the full breakdown.
