The Basketball Lab is Brisbane's premier basketball academy and 24/7 basketball facility — a complete individual player development system designed to improve a player's skill, physical performance and in-game transfer. Two purpose-built locations in West End and Underwood, each kitted with full-size courts, Dr. Dish CT+ shooting machines, iC3 rebounders, strength and conditioning equipment, and recovery zones. The Lab runs three core pathways: the Basketball Lab Academy (individual development), the Basketball Lab AAU (team-focused development with film analysis and exposure), and 24/7 facility access for members to put work in on their own schedule. The 21.5" on-machine touchscreen lets Lab coaches launch workouts straight from the floor, and 150+ pre-built workouts plus live multi-player stat tracking make the CT+ the heart of every session.
